In order to do a good job in the training and promotion of “we media” talents, build a professional team and strengthen the publicity force of the service team, so as to realize the communication through “we media” and expand the social influence of Shenzhen Lions Club, November 15, 2022, Lions Club Shenzhen China Public Relations and Publicity Committee and Lions Club held a We-media Publicity Training camp at Lions Club Office in Shenzhen China in 2022-2023.
Peng Daojian, President, Zhou Wenpei, Secretary General, Chen Xusheng, Deputy Secretary General, Yu Xiaoping, Deputy Secretary General, Li Chunchang, Chairman of Zone 4, Lin Xiaoyi, Chairman of Public Relations and Publicity Committee, Bao Renjie, Chairman of Lions Club, Li Jun, Executive Chairman, Yuan Yuan, Vice Chairman of Education and Training Committee of Lions Club, More than 100 people participated in the training, including the third vice-captains and secretaries of the service teams and the Lion friends who are interested in the communication of we media. The famous host Nan Ding from China Shenzhen Radio and Television Group attended the training as a special invited lecturer. The event was broadcast live by the Lion Feast, both online and offline. Activities by Bao Renjie as the conference chairman, by Meng Chun presided over.

Ms. Nan Ding, the professional host, explained the hosting skills in detail. She hopes that through this training, the Lions can apply the hosting skills they have learned to the Lions Club meetings and evenings to comprehensively improve their language skills and logical thinking skills.
After the break, Yuan Yuan gave a wonderful training on short video shooting and editing skills. She taught the lions how to shoot video in a practical and interactive way, as well as some techniques of video editing commonly used by video software “Clip”, so that the Lions could quickly master the basic knowledge and skills of photography and “we media”.
Dai Guihong, the senior operator of MCN Incubation Company, introduced in detail the popular content of “Douyin”, the future development trend, the notes for content creation and shooting, the selection of live broadcast time and the value of live broadcast, so that the Lions had a deeper understanding of the application of “Douyin” and the communication of “we media”. These knowledge and skills can not only be applied to the Lions Club’s public service publicity, It can also be applied to life and work.
At the end of the training, Li presented the certificate of completion and took a group photo.
Secretary General Zhou Wenpei congratulated on the successful conclusion of the training. He hoped that through the systematic training, the Lions could learn more useful publicity tools, build a professional team, and contribute to the publicity personnel training of Shenzhen Lions Club, China; Through the communication of we media, the publicity of the Lions Club and service team in Shenzhen, China will be strengthened to better expand the social influence.
The participants said that through the training, they would not only improve their understanding of the publicity tools, but also apply the knowledge they have learned to their practical work and life. They would actively explore the things around them, do their best to tell the story of the Shenzhen Lions Club, sing the voice of public welfare, and show the good image of the Lions.
