On September 25, 2021, the third 2021-2022 Captain’s Team Meeting and regular Meeting of Hongli Service Team of Lions Club of Shenzhen, China was held at the 1st floor of Building A2, Shangchao Village, Dalang Street, Longhua District. Ms. Zhang Li, Executive Chairman of the Annual Meeting Committee of Lions Club Shenzhen, Ms. Long Yali, Executive Chairman of the Financial Development Committee, Mr. Chen Hang, Executive Chairman of the Student Services Committee and the Medical and Health Committee, Mr. Liang Yidong, Captain of the Hongli Service Team, Mr. Wu Guicheng, former captain Liu Xiaoning, Ms. Wang Yanhua, Mr. He Wing-on, Mr. Zhang Jian, Ms. Tang Wenping, Ms. Yao Xiaozhong, and Mr. Zhong Yiquan, Secretary Liang Wenjuan, financial Li Rong, general affairs Xiao Jian, picket Chen Lixin and other 22 people attended the meeting. Ms. Yu Xiaoping, Chairman of the Seventh Division of Lions Club of Shenzhen, China, and Ms. Yip Hanfang, former captain of Xili Service Team, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yin Shan.
Captain Liang Yidong briefed on the recent lion work and the next work arrangement. The annual fund-raising work of the Hong Li Service Team has been completed. The Lions Club of Shenzhen, China Tribute and Change Ceremony has been attended. In terms of service activities, we are preparing for the student programs in Hunan, Guizhou and Sichuan, participating in the second year of the African free lunch international project, and on September 25, we participated in the launching ceremony of the special School in Sakata Saki teaching site with Youteam Lionyou, providing care services for special children.
Li Rong, financial officer of Hongli Service Team, made a financial report, reporting the fund-raising and financial income and expenditure of Hongli Service Team in the New Year.
According to the annual plan of Hongli Service Team, the first stop of this year’s student aid program, “Yue and Hunan Love, Lions and Love” Hunan student aid project, will be launched in October. It will renovate and construct the “Spring bud Five-body Court” sports ground of Xiangyang Town Central Primary School in Hengnan County, Hunan Province, and the No. 11 Middle School in Shaoyang County, Hunan Province, and donate the teaching facilities such as “Spring Bud Library” and eye-protection lights. The service budget is 400,000 yuan.
Yao Xiaozhong, Executive Chairman of Guizhou Education Program; Zhang Jian, Executive Chairman of Sichuan Education Program;“Zhi Miao Action” executive Chairman Chen Heng respectively made a report on the latest progress of the project.
At the meeting, Captain Liang Yidong and the last captain Wu Guicheng commended the outstanding performance of the Lion Friends and thanked them for their dedication to Hongli Service team.
In the free exchange session, the lion friends spoke freely and exchanged their thoughts to enhance the friendship of the lion.
After the meeting, the chairman of Yin Shan Assembly and the care committee member Ye Sufang prepared a guessing lantern riddles prize activity for the lions. Before the bell list, the captain prepared a special National Day gift for everyone. After dinner, the lions had a great time celebrating the birthdays of their friends in September.
