Dear Fellow Lion,
In order to sow the seeds of peace in the hearts of children and adolescents, guide children to express their ideals and wishes for peace in the form of paintings and posters, establish public welfare thoughts and cultivate global concepts, this year, China Lions Association and Xi ‘an Academy of Fine Arts jointly held the “2022 National Children and Adolescents World Peace Poster Collection”. Learn from the organizing experience of LIONS Club International’s “Global Children’s Peace Poster Campaign”, collect children’s peace poster works nationwide for evaluation, encouragement, publicity and promotion. The arrangements are notified as follows:
A,Activity Background
China Lions Federation is a new type of social organization. It is a public welfare charity service association that has been officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. The competent department is China Disabled Persons’ Federation. The service scope covers various fields, such as assisting the disabled, disaster relief, student education, respecting the elderly, environmental protection, youth education, etc., and it is a dynamic new force in the field of public welfare and charity services in China.
Lions Club International has held the International Peace Poster Competition for 34 years since 1988. This year, it will be the 35th. Every year, nearly one million children aged 11-13 from 75 countries and regions participate in the competition. China Lions Association and Xi ‘an Academy of Fine Arts jointly organized the National Children’s World Peace poster Collection, which has won the “Global Best Work Award and the Global Overall Champion” in different years.

Three,Rules of activity
(I) Activity theme
Lead with Compassion.
(2)Candidates for Competition
1. Able-bodied children:
Group A
Children between the ages of 11 and 13 (born between November 16, 2008 and November 15, 2011) can participate in the national and global awards free of charge.
Group B
Age 7 to 10 (born between Nov. 16, 2011 and Nov. 15, 2015) is free.
2. Children with Disabilities:
Group A
Children aged 11 to 14 are free to attend. After the children with disabilities participated in the national evaluation, 10 works (aged 11-13) were selected to participate in the national evaluation of healthy children peace posters.
Group B
Children ages 6-10 attend free of charge.
(3) Requirements for works
There is no limit to the form and expression techniques of hand-painted plane works (note: the works with chalk, crayon and charcoal pen shall be treated with fixed spray to avoid smears), and the works shall not be treated with film layer. No less than 33*50cm, no more than 50*60cm, no need to mount. There must be no words or figures on the work, and it must not be produced by computer. The works submitted for evaluation must be original, not reproductions. Each student can only submit one piece of work, each piece of work is designed and produced by only one student, and the number of instructors is not more than one. A copy of the student’s ID card or household register and the registration form should be attached to the back of the work. See the attachment for details.
(4) Evaluation time
1. The judging period for Shenzhen Exhibition Area, China is from November 1 to 10, 2022;
2. National Evaluation stage: Evaluation time is mid to late November 2022;
3. Global Review stage: December 2022-January 2023;
4. The sponsor will hire a children’s art expert group with relevant qualifications recognized by the state to establish a judging committee, which will be responsible for the evaluation of the works and the results. A supervisory and examination committee shall be set up for the assessment, and the personnel shall be dispatched by the undertaking units. Both the national and international evaluation stages are conducted under legal supervision and under fair and just conditions.

(1) Healthy Children Group:
1. Group A (11-13 years old, born between November 16, 2008 and November 15, 2011)
Grand Prize: 1 person, 10000 RMB, including 5000 RMB for the author and 5000 RMB for the tutor, sent to Lions Club International to participate in the global general evaluation.
First prize: 29 winners, with a bonus of RMB 2,000, including a bonus of RMB 1,000 for the author and RMB 1,000 for the tutor. Together with the special prize works, they will be sent to the whole country for selection.
Second prize: 50 participants with a bonus of 400 yuan, including 200 yuan for authors and 200 yuan for tutors.
Third prize: 60 students with a bonus of 200 yuan, including a bonus of 100 yuan for authors and 100 yuan for tutors.
Award: 200, author and tutor are awarded certificates.
All winning students and tutors will receive corresponding certificates of honor.
2. Group B (7-10 years old, born between November 16, 2011 and November 15, 2015)
Special prize: 5 winners with a bonus of RMB 2000, including the author bonus of RMB 1000 and the tutor bonus of RMB 1000.
First prize: 10 students with a bonus of 400 yuan, including 200 yuan for authors and 200 yuan for tutors.
Second prize: 30 participants with a bonus of RMB200, including RMB100 for the author and RMB100 for the tutor.
Third prize: 50 students with a bonus of 100 yuan, including 50 yuan for the author and 50 yuan for the tutor; Receive MEDALS and certificates of honor.
Award: 200, author and tutor are awarded certificates.
All winning students and tutors will receive corresponding certificates of honor.
(2) Children with Disabilities Group
1. Group A (11-14 years old)
Special prize: 1 person with 10000 RMB, including 5000 RMB for author and 5000 RMB for tutor; Receive MEDALS and certificates of honor (Note: Send Lions Club International to participate in the global General evaluation).
First prize: 2 winners with a bonus of RMB2,000, including RMB1,000 for the author and RMB1,000 for the tutor; MEDALS and certificates of honor (Note: together with the special prize works to the national selection).
Second prize: 5 winners with a bonus of 400 yuan, including 200 yuan for authors and 200 yuan for tutors; Receive MEDALS and certificates of honor.
Third prize: 10 winners with a bonus of RMB200, including RMB100 for the author and RMB100 for the tutor; Receive MEDALS and certificates of honor.
(3) Explanation
1. The authors, instructors and works that have won the grand prize or first prize can be published in the”Be a pioneer in philanthropy“2022: National Children’s World Peace Poster (Shenzhen Exhibition Area, China) Collection of works” and promotional video, all works to participate in various exhibitions;
2. The authors, instructors and works of the second and third prize winners can be published in the Outstanding Works Collection of “Pioneers in Charity” 2022 National Children’s World Peace Poster (Shenzhen Exhibition Area, China), and selected to participate in various exhibitions.
3. Selected as outstanding organizations, schools, bases and service teams also appeared in the promotional video of that year, and their service deeds and award certificates were published in the “Pioneers of Charity” and “Excellent Works Collection of 2022 World Peace Poster (Shenzhen Exhibition Area, China)” of that year.
Vi.Way of Submission
