2022years9month21Shenzhen Lions Club guides the Lion Troupe on Sunday2022-2023.The annual international certified Guide Lion internal training and guide training was held in the OCT Building in Nanshan District. Peng Daojian, President of Shenzhen Lions Club, Nie Xiangdong, the first Vice President, Tan Fei, the second Vice president, Zhou Wenpei, Secretary General, Xu Qiubin, Deputy Secretary General Li Chunchang, Zhang Zheqin, Chairman of the Second Zone Jin Qian, Chairman of the Sixth Zone Wu Zhijian, Special Assistant to the President Tang Qing, Director of the Teaching Department of the Organization and Construction Committee of China Lions Federation, and Teaching Consultant of the Lions Guide Club of China Shenzhen Lions Club Li Feng, Ouyang Fan, leader of the Lion Guide Group, Wang Cheng, instructor advisor, Qi Kelin, Zhu Daoying, Li Decan, Fei Jun, Qi Ying, Zhen Yongqian, secretary Zuo Diqun, etc20People take part in activities. Vice Dean Zickling hosted the ice-breaking game “Inspiration Talk,” where students got closer to each other through fun interactions.
Ouyang Fan introduced the guests and extended a warm welcome to the leaders and participants. Then she introduced the work plan of the Lion Guide Troupe this year. At present, all the work is in an orderly way, and the Lion Guide Troupe plan of this year will be carried out5It is hoped that the trainees will gain something in the training and empower the service team.
Li Feng onCGLThe course system is analyzed, so that everyone has a certain understanding of the logical relationship of the course. He then introduced the lesson “The Role and Positioning of the New Mentor” to the students, explaining how the mentor can help and guide the healthy development of the service team through applications, methods and tools from three aspects: the mission, positioning and role of the mentor, tools and blueprint.
Li Chunchang gave the lecture of “Service Corps Reconstruction”. She stressed the premise and significance of service Corps’ optimization reconstruction, and introduced the plan, process and operational guidance of service Corps’ optimization reconstruction, so as to promote the normal operation of service corps through optimization reconstruction.
Wang Cheng explained “The design of the Certified Lion Guide Activity” and he shared the success of the service team6Emphasize the importance of service, the quality of the meeting, and remind participants to stay focused on the goals of the service team.
Qi Ying guided the students to review the “Basic Q&A of the International Certified Lion Guide”. Through the process of participating in the Q&A, the students were stimulated to think positively and effectively consolidated the basic knowledge of the students.
Tang Qing brought the lesson “The Process and Practice of Creating a team” to explain the process and conditions of the establishment of a new service team, so that the students are familiar with the process and operation of the team.
At the closing ceremony, Head Ouyang Fan presented certificates to the students, letters of appointment to Li Feng and Wang Cheng, and certificates of appreciation to Li Chunchang and Tang Qing.
Tan Fei, the second vice president, said in his speech that he thanked the guiding lions for their silent efforts in the construction and standardization of the service team, which laid a solid foundation for the development of the service team. He hoped that the work of the Guiding Lions team would become better and better. Secretary General Zhou Wenpei and Deputy Secretary General Zhang Zheqin praised the rich experience of the senior guides and hoped that they could learn from and think well on the way to promote the normal development of the service team.
Nie Xiangdong, the first Vice president of the Lions Club, said that last year’s new member training had achieved remarkable results. He hoped that this year’s Lion Guide Club would continue to strengthen the new member training, cultivate excellent lion friends for the Lions Club of Shenzhen, China, and shoulder the responsibility of building a strong service team.
President Peng Daojian made a concluding speech. He praised the clear division of labor of the Lion Guide Corps and placed high hopes on the Lion Guide Corps. He asked the Lion Guide Corps to do a good job in the construction of abnormal service corps and training of new members, and to go deep into the service corps, accompany the growth of the service corps and guide and support the healthy development of the service corps.
