On September 8, 2022, the first Board of Supervisors meeting of Shenzhen Lions Club for the year 2022-2023 was held at Lake Jingxuan, Cultural Life New World, 1979, Qiaoxiang Road, Futian District.Shenzhen Lions ClubChief Supervisor Weng Hua, Secretary General of the Board of Supervisors Wen Yaoli, supervisors Li Zhou, Deng Yi, Zhao Hui, Wang Danya, Li Li, Li Xiaofeng, Lv Guiqin, Chen Qunhao, Zheng Bochao 11 people attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wen Yaoli.
Weng Hua introduced the annual work plan of the Board of Supervisors. This year, the Board of Supervisors will combine the work of the Board of Directors, specialized working agencies and service teams to optimize the supervision mode, effectively perform the supervision responsibilities, carry out the work through communication and coordination, and promote the timely resolution of contradictions and problems as soon as possible, so as not to be offside, not absent, good position. At the same time, the Board of Supervisors will carry out regular training and exchange visits with other regions of the association to strengthen the construction of the Board of Supervisors, and constantly improve the level of specialization and standardization.
In order to further improve the ability to perform their duties and strengthen the supervision, security and service consciousness of supervisors, all supervisors read the Board of Supervisors System of Shenzhen Lions Club together, clarifying the scope of responsibilities and feeling the heavy responsibility of supervision in every word and sentence.
In order to better implement the annual work, the Board of Supervisors assigned posts and responsibilities and divided the work among all members. Wen Yaoli was appointed secretary general of the Board of Supervisors to coordinate the supervision work of various regions and specialized working organizations. Li Zhou is in charge of the Complaints Handling Committee and the Election Supervision Committee. Deng Yi is responsible for the conference affairs and related work of the Foreign Exchange Supervision Committee; Zhao Hui is responsible for the related work of the Financial Supervision Committee; Wang Danya, Li Li, Li Xiaofeng, Lv Guiqin and Chen Qunhao were responsible for the supervision work of the first to the fifth zones respectively; Zheng Bochao is in charge of the supervision of the sixth Zone and the special working organizations.
The supervisors who attended the meeting shared their experiences of the Lions’ Road, and expressed their gratitude to shoulder the sacred responsibility of the supervisory Board of Shenzhen Lions Club together with everyone in 2022-2023. They said that they would step into the role as soon as possible, lead by example, and adhere to the detailed and practical supervision work. Under the leadership of Supervisor Weng Hua, they would actively carry out various work and continuously improve the social identity of Shenzhen Lions Club.
Weng Hua, the chief supervisor, said that as a new force in the field of public welfare and charity, the Shenzhen Lions Club takes love as the foundation and values peace. This year’s work of the Board of Supervisors will take harmonious development as the keynote, “focus on the big and let the small go”, and closely communicate and coordinate the annual work of the Board of Directors to jointly create a good atmosphere for the healthy and stable development of the Shenzhen Lions Club. He wants all the supervisorsCooperate with each other, earnestly perform their duties, and make concerted efforts to do the work of the Board of supervisors well.
