Recently, the situation in Shenzhen has been complicated and volatile. According to the requirements of Shenzhen Futian District COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters and Shenzhen Luohu District COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters on epidemic prevention and control, combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen Lions Club, strictly prevent and control the risk of epidemic prevention and control, to ensure the life safety of all lions, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, raise the political position
All Lions should further enhance their political stance, strengthen their responsibility, understand the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, and further enhance their awareness of the overall situation and safety. All regions, sub-districts, special committees and service teams should take the initiative to prevent and control the epidemic in strict accordance with the principle of “reducing the flow of people, reducing the accumulation of people and strengthening personal protection”. Do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors, do not voluntarily accept the territorial epidemic prevention and control management.
2. Clarify responsibilities and implement the main responsibilities
Strictly control gathering activities during the epidemic period, and do not initiate them in the name of Shenzhen Lions Club.
In accordance with the principle of “whoever hosts and is responsible”, the person in charge of the service team or special committee that organizes meetings and activities is the first person responsible for epidemic prevention and control.
In accordance with the basic principle of “not necessary”, if it is necessary to hold the event, the person in charge of the event shall formulate the epidemic prevention and control work plan and emergency plan, and submit it to the epidemic prevention and control command department of the jurisdiction for approval as required. The event can only be held after the approval is obtained. All emergency plans shall be strictly implemented during the event.
In strict accordance with the epidemic prevention regulations of the jurisdiction where they are located, it is strictly prohibited to stay deep unless necessary.
3. Take good personal protection
Conduct nucleic acid testing for all staff in an orderly manner. Implement the prevention and control measures of “measuring temperature, lighting codes and wearing masks”; Strengthen the awareness of protection, less gathering, do not huddle, maintain social distancing; Wear a mask, wash hands frequently, clean regularly, use chopsticks and other good habits, daily self-health monitoring.
