On June 24, 2022, the Public Relations and Publicity Committee of LIONS Club Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Publicity Committee”) 2021-2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference was successfully held at Nanyang Changsheng Restaurant, 3rd floor, OCT Building, Nanshan District. Chairman Li Jun summarized the work of the Public Publicity Committee this year. Actively participate in the activities organized by the district meeting, various committees and service teams, provide professional teachers, undertake live broadcasting, communication interviews, photography, training and other work tasks. By June 24, the Public Publicity Committee had provided 3 professional training sessions for the publicity committee members of the service team, benefiting more than 300 lions. 21 periods of public account promotion, 40 video works; The studio shared 23 live broadcasts, benefiting about 15,000 people; Participated in 45 photo shoots; There were 26 requests for press coverage and 65 visits from frontline reporters to editors. On the day of the 20th birthday of the Shenzhen Lions Club, 3,010 people were successfully live-streamed online.
Executive Chairwoman Li Zhou made the summary of the public relations section, which was divided according to functions. First, the course consultant did the theme operation, and then the special personnel of each junior college or committee did the activity topics. At the same time, the collection of professional sharing topics was carried out. The whole team cooperated sincerely, from the major conferences such as International Annual Conference sharing, charity gala, to the annual interview with President Guo’s “Stay True to the Original Intention and Serve Together”, to support the major committees of “Local community service”, road show for student projects, and various service themed activities such as Bright Eyes Action, Red Action, etc. In addition, it promoted and shared live broadcasts in various dimensions such as finance and taxation, law, care and parent-child family for a total of 23 episodes, benefiting nearly 20,000 people.
The Executive chairman, Mr. Liu Junshi, used the rhythm of a flash mob to present a variety of news highlights covered by the journalists of the Shenzhen Lions Club in the past year. These press releases showcased the powerful themes and the clear and understandable writing skills of the reporters of the Committee. Liu Junshi paid tribute to the audience reporters, he said: “Journalists are not uncrowned king, only for responsibility, journalists are the king of staying up late, only for news limitation.”
