Shenzhen Lions Club held the 8th Board of Supervisors for 2021-2022

On May 12, 2022, the 8th Supervisory Board Meeting of Shenzhen Lions Club 2021-2022 was held at the Shenzhen Lions Club office. The meeting was attended by Tian Xingxing, the supervisor of Shenzhen Lions Club, Deng Yi, the deputy supervisor, Zhou Zhihui, the secretary general of the Board of Supervisors, Tang Haozhi, Zhu Feng, Li Chunping, Wang Haiyan, Yu Hui, Wu Zhijian, Huang Shaofang, Zhang Zheqin and Wang Xuebo. The meeting was presided over by Tian Xingxing.
The supervisors at the meeting discussed the relevant documents of the 20th Member Congress, the board‘s reply to the recommendation letter of the Board of Supervisors, and other matters deliberated at the fourth Board meeting. They also put forward their opinions on the hearing procedure of Shenzhen Lions Club, the investigation of the problems of Jinming Art Service Team, and the activities of helping students in Daliang Mountain and caring for poor children.
In order to implement the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the “dual fee management”, the Board of Supervisors will be led by Supervisor Tang Haozhi and supervisory commissioners Rong Jing and Wu Yuqiong to conduct a proportional spot check on the “dual fee management” of the service teams in late May, and assist the Board of Supervisors to coordinate and communicate with the service teams that do not meet the requirements of the management.
Secretary General Zhou Zhihui proposed that LIONS Shenzhen should further improve the complaint handling management, standardize the complaint handling process of its members, require real name, written and valid complaints, seriously deal with violations, and restrain false accusations and frame-ups by raising the “cost” of complaints. Guide all members to work together to maintain the positive image and harmonious atmosphere of LIONS Club Shenzhen. For valid complaints of members, the Board of Directors shall abide by the principle of fairness and efficiency, and ensure that the application basis is correct and the procedure is legal.
The chief supervisor of Neptune made a concluding speech. He said that as a public servant, he should actively play a role of example. Especially as a candidate for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, he should also set a benchmark of integrity, actively undertake social responsibilities, fulfill tax obligations, and take election work seriously, so as to lay a good foundation for his subsequent competent work. He proposed that this year’s directors, supervisors to post responsibilities self-inspection, timely fulfill their donation pledges. Supervisor Tian Xingxing hopes that the Board of Directors and the Board of supervisors will strengthen communication and effective cooperation according to the division of responsibilities, and continue to promote the healthy development of Shenzhen Lions Club.
