In accordance with the principles of “fairness, justice and openness” and with the purpose of selecting the best partners, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the “Management Measures for the Bidding and Tendering of LIONS Club Shenzhen”, we hereby invite the public tender for the construction design of the renovation project of LIONS Club Shenzhen Office.
The details are as follows:
1, Project Location:13 / F, Building CD, Huaqing Garden, Luoshajing Second Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen
2, Scope of tender:Design and construction of 13th Floor, Building CD, Huaqing Garden, Luoshajing Second Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen
The main ones are: the overall renovation of the office, the small meeting room into a reception room, the party construction exhibition area, the re-planning of the warehouse and archives, the new historical corridor, the lion friends home – rest area
3, Condition of bidder
1. With the independent legal person qualification (the copy of business license with official seal shall be provided at the time of registration, the original copy of business license shall be verified at the bid opening site, and the copy with official seal shall be included in the bidding documents).
2. With a professional design team, the project manager must be the official employee of the bidding unit.
4, Bidding requirements and contents
(1) Bidding fees
The bidder shall bear all the expenses related to the preparation and submission of the bid documents (including planning scheme, effect drawing design, drawing design, etc.) by himself. No matter the result of the bid, the tenderee shall have no obligation and responsibility to bear these expenses under any circumstances. No matter winning the bid or not, the above information will not be returned to the bidder.
(II) Bidding Contents:
1. Technical standard
Provide the planning and design scheme, effect drawing design scheme and construction scheme of this project.
2. Commercial labels
(1) Quotation sheet of Tender (itemized quotation of design and construction)
(2) Legal representative Qualification Certificate
(3) Power of attorney
(4) Bill of project quantities
(5) Relevant qualification materials and performance
(III) Bidding Requirements:
1. Bidding control price: ① Total design price: 40,000 yuan; ② Total construction price: 710,000 yuan
2. Bidder’s alternative: Not allowed
3. Bidders shall provide interior space design planning scheme, effect drawing and total construction price list (including but not limited to construction technology and main material brand) according to project requirements.
4. All the necessary items of the project may be listed one by one in the bill of quantities and included in the total quotation.
5. The project price adopts the fixed total price contracting method. No other adjustments shall be made except for engineering changes or adjustments as stipulated in the contract documents.
6. The Bid Inviter is not required to accept the lowest bid or any bid, nor is it required to explain its choice or rejection of any bid.
7. Bidders must have professional design business scope or the corresponding business qualification, no major quality and safety accidents and bad financial situation within three years.
(4) Registration and survey
1. Registration Date: June 1, 2022, the application form should be submitted on site (see the attachment for details)
2. Site survey: On the day of registration, the bidder may survey the engineering design and construction site and the surrounding environment. The expenses incurred in site survey shall be borne by the tenderer himself.
